I joined Shorts directly from university and progressed through the firm before being promoted to Audit and Accounts partner.

I advise many of our clients who take advantage of our Genus offering and have responsibility for ensuring that Genus remains a market leader.  By responding to the development and creation of new products in the online marketplace, I ensure that Shorts continue to provide a service of the highest standard. My goal is for our clients to have the ability to make better decisions because of Shorts’ input.

My natural disposition towards new technology has enabled me to be instrumental in developing the firm’s cloud accounting strategy and offering for clients. I am particularly proud of our achievement in being the region’s first Xero Platinum Partner and our success as advisory firm of the year in the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards.
