Andy Ryder leads the Corporate Finance team at Shorts Chartered Accountants and is a specialist in lead advisory, business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate fundraising, financial modelling across multiple sectors and more.
Andy is also chair of the International Mergers & Acquisitions Committee at Praxity and was the driving force behind the Praxity Mergers & Acquisitions Hub.
