OMB Manager
Sheffield or Chesterfield
An opportunity to join our growing and expanding Owner Managed Business team
Permanent full-time role / 37.5 hours per week / Hybrid working
About the role
This is a newly created Accounts Manager role in our Owner Managed Business team, at a genuinely interesting point in the team's story. OMB has grown by 46% over the last four years, and this year we completed a full review of our client portfolio to make sure we're working with the right clients, the right way - fewer, better relationships rather than high-volume compliance work.
What you'll be part of
- A well-established team: 2 OMB Partners, a Director, 3 Managers (plus you), an Assistant Manager, a Tax Manager, and a wider OMB team of around 10
- Two-weekly one-to-ones with your Director to support your development and track your goals
- Weekly team meetings keeping you connected to what's happening across the firm
- Direct, everyday access to Partners and Directors - a genuinely open-door culture
- A firm that's Great Place to Work® certified, and recently named a Best Workplace in Professional Services
