An opportunity to support our Payroll team
Temporary hybrid role / 37.5 hours per week
The role
We’re currently looking for a temporary Payroll Administrator to join the Payroll team with immediate start, for a period of 3–6 months.
This is to support the payroll team as we move our internal processes from Sage Payroll to the Pay Circle platform
The role would be hybrid, based from our Chesterfield office.

Qualifications and Experience:
We're less interested in buzzwords and more interested in finding someone who can genuinely roll their sleeves up, support the team and bring great payroll experience with them.
Ideally, you'll have:
✅ End-to-end payroll processing experience
✅ Experience working within a payroll bureau, accountancy practice or multi-client payroll environment
✅ Experience processing work place pensions
✅ Up-to-date payroll knowledge, including statutory payments and recent legislative changes. (SSP)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent organisation and time management skills
✅ The ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
✅ Confidence communicating with clients and building strong working relationships
✅ A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude
