I joined Shorts with over 20 years experience working in tax, with previous roles at a top 15 firm and a large regional firm.  Having completed my initial tax training at the firm at the beginning of my career, I returned to Shorts as a Tax Partner in 2024.

I have a wide breadth of tax knowledge in private client, business tax and international tax matters.

As a Tax Partner, I advise clients on all aspects of tax but I have a particular focus on private client matters.

I am Chartered Tax Adviser and am a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I pride myself on providing clear and practical tax advice in ‘plain English’ to help clients achieve their short and long term goals.  I am able to draw on my knowledge and experience to advise clients of the most tax efficient solutions.
