Over the 30 years plus that I have worked here, I have seen Shorts grow from a small, locally focused accountancy firm to the substantial, forward thinking, high calibre team of multi-disciplined professionals it is today. As the longest serving partner currently at the firm, I am very proud to have contributed to this ongoing journey.

During that time, I have become more than your ‘average tax partner’ due to the varied and interesting nature of the clients at Shorts. This has lead me to combine a wide variety of tax skills with pensions and investment expertise to provide a ‘complete’ service to our clients.

As Head of Private Client, I am delighted to have been instrumental in developing a top-quality team that is more than capable of dealing with the most complex problems – in fact we thrive on the complicated.

COVID-19In line with the most recent Government announcements, both of our offices still remain closed to clients and all but a few essential members of our team. Over the coming weeks, our phased transition will see members of our team returning to the office, where we have made a number of changes to ensure a safe working environment. All of our team can still be contacted by clients, whether working from home or in the office. If you would like to speak to one of them, please contact them via their direct email or mobile number. Calls to our office reception numbers will be answered, and a message passed on, for your call to be returned.
