The work

Our Estates team looks after families through some of the most significant moments in their lives - administering estates, managing trusts, and guiding people through decisions that shape what they pass on. It's technical work, and it's people work, in equal measure.

You'll start alongside experienced colleagues, working on real client files, and build up your own responsibility as your knowledge grows. There's no photocopying-for-a-year phase.

Who we're looking for

 We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career within professional services. This opportunity would suit someone completing, or who has recently completed, their A-Levels or college studies and is looking to start their career through a structured trainee programme.

No prior experience is needed. What matters is that you write clearly, listen well, and can hold a sensitive conversation with care. We're looking for someone curious enough to ask ‘why’, willing to apply their own judgement, and happy to adapt as the work changes. Check out our brochure  for more information. • Core hours policy (7.5 hours per day, working between 08:00 and 18:00).
• The ability to take up to two hours for lunch.
