Lana joined Shorts in 2025, in the newly created role of Learning and Development Manager. A dedicated role, responsible for managing the full learning lifecycle of our team; from identifying development needs to creating and facilitating bespoke workshops and programmes that drive meaningful change.
We bring our team together, fostering collaboration, and creating spaces where learning is shared, inclusive, and energising.
With focus on supporting early-career talent, Lana is the the go-to person for our students, and works closely with them throughout their training journey; ensuring they feel supported, challenged, and equipped to thrive.
Whether it’s navigating personal development plans, training pathways, or exam preparation, Lana’s role is to guide and champion the growth of our team.
Lana’s expertise lies in people development, coaching and digital learning with a strong focus on creating versatile content that resonates with diverse learning styles and is inclusive of all neurotypes.
